You may remember First Nations Metis artist Christi Belcourt‘s groundbreaking collaboration with high fashion brand Valentino, where Belcourt’s “Water Song” was featured on pieces for their Resort 2016 collection.

Now, Belcourt’s design can be seen in the January 2016 issue of Marie Claire Italia. Modeled by Bosnian Serb model Nataša Vojnović, you can see the Valentino top and high-waisted shorts (suede with embroidery and micro studs) in the fashion feature photographed by Mel Karch for the Italian magazine.

The award-winning artist’s and Valentino’s piece can also be spotted in the pages of the December/January 2016 edition of Teen Vogue. Model Lucan Gillepsie sports Valentino’s coat, photographed by Yelena Yemchuk. The fashion editorial, ‘Into the Wild’ focuses on layering “ground-grazing dresses” for the winter.
