On July 19-20, 2024, American Indian Services and the Urban Indian Center of Salt Lake will be holding the 2nd Annual Native Market Days at Thanksgiving Point’s Electric Park! Come out to Lehi to support Indigenous Fashion Designers, Hoop Dancers, and Native artists from across Turtle Island!
Your support at this event helps the American Indian Services continue its mission of providing scholarships and educational programs to those pursuing higher education.
NATIVE MARKET: It’s an opportunity to appreciate and celebrate the rich cultural heritage and artistic expressions of Native American communities. You can support these talented individuals and their businesses, helping to promote economic empowerment within Indigenous communities.

HOOP COMPETITION: The artistic expression of storytelling that celebrates and honors Indigenous traditions through hoop dance. The competition has two separate categories for men and women, and the age groups are teens, adults, and senior adults.

FASHION SHOW: Experience the beauty of Native American culture and fashion as five prominent Indigenous designers and models share the runway at Thanksgiving Point’s Show Barn. It will be the premier fashion event for the state of Utah. Featured Designers: K. Looking Horse (Kayla Looking Horse); Ro Tree (Rosine Tree); CodiJo/Chy (CodiJo Chebon Yazzie/Cheyleen Julian); Choke Cherry Creek (Angela Howe).
