Another Native beauty graces the cover of a fashion magazine! Actress, pageant queen, and influencer Ashley Callingbull is on the cover of the September issue of FASHION Magazine, dripping in Native fashion from various Indigenous designers from all over Turtle Island.
Ashley talks to fellow Cree David A. Robertson of FASHION about the devastating impact of Indian Residential schools on her and her family and about facing — and overcoming — intergenerational trauma.
